Dave Carey
Hey, my name is Dave Carey. I am the rhythmic guitarist and back up vocalist for Just Enough. I come from a large music background starting way back with my father teaching me to play percussion, then to my brother helping me with guitar playing, and then, most recently, to playing trombone in my high school's band. Ever since I was little, I loved music and, to me, the only thing that seems to make sense these days is music. I play over twelve instruments, including guitar, bass, drum set, keyboards, voice (which is technically considered an instrument), accordion, trombone, baritone, bells, chimes, vibraphone, marimba, xylophone, and almost any other percussion instrument, just to name a few. Music is my life, and I do not think I could live without it. Playing with a marching band compared to a “rock” band has been indefinable. It’s so great coming together, with Just Enough, and making the best music we can. There is no other feeling quite like standing on a stage, with a packed audience in front of you, playing your heart out. Every time I step on stage the rush of adrenaline fills my veins and makes me want to share this feeling with everyone, which is why I always play my best and give my all for everyone we entertain.
